She kept in contact with us in Minnesota and really took the time to find our exactly what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood when we did make the move here. Scottie was available any time of day to quickly answer any question we had. I truly felt like I had a friend looking out for me not just a realtor doing a job. She frequently checked in with us to see if we had any questions or concerns along the way, even while she was out of state. We are so happy in our new home and area. Amazing from the beginning to the end. We had a death in the family and had to do a long distance sale. She was AMAZING!!! Got us the most money we were able to get, down to earth, and made the whole process as seamless as possible so all we had to do was spend time with family during a difficult time. I don’t usually recommend many people but she is a MUST for real estate. I’ve sold in CA, AK, and NC and she made GA the easiest sale ever.

I can’t say enough good things about Scottie. She helped me and my girlfriend find our first house and in another state (we lived in NC). She was our point of contact for everything and she always had the answers or quickly found them if she didn’t. We never waited more than 30min for a response from her, typically less, which is very important to us. She was with us from start to finish. We bought a new construction and she went over weekly and sent us updates, pictures included, since we couldn’t go ourselves which really helped ease the stress of a new house with a deadline. Her expertise in the area and the entire process of buying a house really made the whole ordeal easier for us. 10/10 recommend her and will be referring anyone we meet who’s look for a new house to her specifically.

Scottie was very patient with me it took me over 6 months and a lot of listings to find my perfect second home. Her attention to details and honestly about what she saw is what sold me on purchasing a home through her. See, I had to depend on Scottie to show me homes via video as I live in VA.
