I highly recommend Seth. He sold my home last year from listing to close in less than 30 days. I was dreading the process, however, it was unbelievably easy and stress free. All offers were forwarded to me promptly with feedback. Every showing request was sent to me in advance for approval. We are using him again searching for a new home and his patience is amazing! He is handling the negotiations with the other agents in a timely manner and obtaining positive results.

Seth was very helpful! After months of looking for an additional house in different parts of the state, we decided on one in Atlanta (Buckhead). We tend to buy real estate somewhat often, but depending on the market conditions it takes us longer or shorter. Even in 2021 we were still able to get a home purchased with Seth’s help. We appreciate his willingness to meet with us and show us a second, third, or even fourth house in order to find the one. We knew that we had an intention of buying a house, but often after two showings and no purchase, realtors think we aren’t serious about buying houses—not Seth. He was as professional with the first house as with the fifth, which we ultimately bought with his help.
