After researching areas in GA and deciding that PTC was perfect for our young family, I reached out to Maria just days before my husband and I's first EVER visit to GA. Hands down one of the best real estate agents/ people I have ever met. This is my first home I have purchased but not the first real estate agent. She went above and beyond her job duties, making sure I was comfortable and understood the entire process throughout the purchase. Had multiple recommendations from broker to inspectors, and even pest control. If you ever need a real estate agent look no further than Maria. * Update- Even two months after the sell Maria still checks in seeing how we are doing. Such a good and genuine person.
