This was the best real estate experience I have had, and a lot of this is due to Nichole‘s guidance. She obviously has a great deal of experience and knowledge. She gave excellent guidance. If you need land sold, you absolutely need Nichole as a seller. I am writing this review because of how grateful I am to her for selling our land for us. Nichole took a 12 acre parcel that had sat for over a year when originally listed & sold it in weeks! I can't even remember how long is stayed listed because it was that quick. I don't even think it was 2 months before the closing! She reached out to builders/developers, and she found us a CASH BUYER and had her do a quick close for us and sold it for $65,000 more than what we purchased it for.
She has connections, she knows where to go, and she excels at mediation.
There were four of us who owned this property and we were half divided on expectations and desires for the selling. I feel so bad for Nichole because she had to do a lot of therapy sessions with us to get the group on the same page. And the most impressive part to me was that the Buyer NEVER KNEW! She has always been responsive, excellent with her approach to marketing.
