Tracy was so knowledgeable and easy to work with! Loved working with her and got a great price. We had about 10 offers the first weekend and went through the pros and cons of each. She communicated well with me throughout the timeline of getting the house appraised and leading up to closing. I had some last minute issues with a tenant living in the house, but Tracy very helpful, even talking with the tenant herself when that became helpful. Tracy went above and beyond, and I’m so happy with the sale and her support!
