I definitely recommend Shanna Caldwell as she focuses on what the client's needs are and communicates in a timely manner. Ms. Caldwell is a professional in the business and has the local knowledge as well. She made us feel comfortable during the search for a house and always made her self available even if it was a last minute request to view a home, she would make it happen for us. Any request she would follow through on our behalf also in a timely manner. I will recommend Ms. Caldwell to any of my friends looking for a home.

From the moment I met with Shanna, I noticed how well dedicated she was, delivered me a plan to sell my house, gave me great tips as to how to prepare house for showings, showed me best price options. Kept me informed once selling process started, gave me every option that would help sell my home. Great experience working with Shanna, if I wasn't relocating to Texas I would have hired her to help me buy my home, she is truly amazing.
