Even though we had been through the process of buying a house before, this time was a little different for us because of the fact that it was a multi-family property. Shannon was extremely helpful in answering questions and diligent in finding out the answers that required more research. Shannon also stood out in the way she communicated with us, the seller, and the bank throughout the process, often sending out emails to all parties to see if she could help in any way and to help the process move along. We didn't have to "wait" to hear from her, she was always staying in communication and moving things towards closing. Without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable and easiest experiences we've had in real estate.
