Shannon was a blessing during the sale of our property. She kept us up to date on any and all developments and approached everything realistically. She is a true professional and gets the job done. I honestly believed this would be a long process from past experiences and being that I live in a different state than the land in question. I was wrong. Shannon impressed me throughly, even though I had already heard such wonderful things it was great to see them first hand. 10/10 experience.

This was my first time purchasing property. I found the lot that I really wanted and Shannon was the realtor.
I found her to be accessible, extremely helpful and an exceptional guide to help me get to the closing.
With her help, I was even able to negotiate a lower price for the property.
Now I am on to the construction and I will say that Shannon was a valuable find!
