I believe it was luck that brought us together pertaining to this property. Regarding my purchase of the property-she was the absolute best. Looking back on the experience, I would want any other Realtor. She was responsive, she knew the area, she worked with me to get though the obstacles and close the sale, on time and on target.

Shannon made the above aspects smooth and seamless.

She was outstanding. Kept me informed and up to date on every aspect. She didn't overburden me , or over influence me, but I had all the information that I actually needed.

Erika was also outstanding. Responsive and informative. Erika didn't overstep and gave me relevant info when needed. She Assisted Shannon very well, they make a great team together.

Even when the Wells Fargo mortgage turned into a disaster. Shannon and Erika stayed with me even though the mortgage fell apart, they could have easily disregarded me after that but they didn't, and I knew I had to make the deal happen for them too.
