Shannon Marshall

Hello, everyone! My name is Shannon Marshall, and I have lived in Louisville, KY, my entire life. As a Realtor, I am here to make your home buying and/or home selling experience as smooth and easy as possible. I am open to, and even encourage, all the questions you have about the process. My opinion is that this is a major event in your life, so you have every right to ask all of your questions. While I do live in Louisville, I welcome buyers and sellers from the outlying counties as well. I can also assist with relocation from one area of the state to another.

In my personal life, I am married, and we have two children—one is still a student living at home. We have three cats with three very different personalities. We also have a dog who is scared of her own shadow... lol. I love coffee, reading, crocheting, and all things family- and friends-related.
