My husband and I went to look at a house in Louisville over 2 years ago. Pierce was representing the seller. We really enjoyed his honesty and straightforwardness. We knew who to call. We made an appointment and come to find out it turned out to be a family business. Pierce covering KY and his mother Julie covering IN. Even though Julie took the lead because we wanted to buy in IN, Pierce was involved the whole time. From the start of our searches to looking at different properties (and we looked at a lot!) To making offers (we made 3 before we found the one) they were with us step by step. Always answering questions and making us feel at ease. We even got a congratulatory gifts at closing.
