Raised in the suburbs of Austin, Texas, Shawn has been a resident of Michigan since 2006, and a Realtor for Keller Williams Lakeside since 2013. As Team Leader of Roseanne Powell and Associates, they achieved Top Sales Team in 2015 at the Top Real Estate Sales Office in Macomb County.

Aside from his time in the military driving M1A2 Abrams Battle Tanks, Shawn has been in sales nearly all of his professional career. Shawn prides himself on giving all of his clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values, and giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market.

His goal is to treat every client as if they were family and build long lasting relationships through great customer service and integrity. Shawn enjoys golf, softball, pool, poker, and spending time with his wife and son when he is not showing clients the best that Metro Detroit has to offer.
