Mount Clemens is seeing tight but shifting inventory in this rolling three-month view ending in May 2026. Active listings are down more than a quarter year over year, even though the latest count has risen to 79. At the same time, homes sold have fallen by over 50 percent compared with a year ago, and pending sales are also down sharply, pointing to slower contract flow than last spring.

Months of supply has climbed to 2.9, a notable increase from last year’s slimmer inventory, and the market is categorized as a seller’s market. Even with that shift, more than 61 percent of homes are going off the market within two weeks, underscoring that well‑priced properties still move quickly.
