Shelley cares about all details that concern her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure the transactions go smoothly regarding the details in her control. She was willing to assist us in decision making process regarding price and terms of purchase. We greatly appreciated her help in this area. In addition, Shelley worked well with the attorney we use. She kept us informed of all necessary communications regarding the purchase.

The home we purchased was special to us because it is currently our vacation home. It will be our retirement home in the future. We had very specific wish list items, including the home being in one specific neighborhood. Shelley kept in close contact with us as she showed us homes in this neighborhood for 3 years. Shelley was recommended to us by our previous realtor. I had met with a few other realtors and once I met Shelley I felt instantly comfortable with her. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She would give us her opinion but also allowed us to form our own thoughts and opinions without pressuring us one way or the other. After meeting with Shelley it was abundantly clear that she knew the area very well and asked all the questions to gain an exceptional understanding of who we were as a couple and what we were looking for in a home. She was honest, forthright, direct, and absolutely wonderful in our first meeting. Her flexibility and willingness to drop everything to check out another home made me loyal to her immediately. Shelley is phenomenal at her job. She always listens to our needs and concerns while being realistic. Shelley makes you feel as if you are her only client. She promptly returns calls, emails and texts. Additionally, she goes above and beyond what is traditionally expected of an agent. She has the patience of a saint and wears many hats. For instance, she cleaned and packed for me so I could shower and make it to closing on time!
