I've lived in Forsyth County since 1997. I have lived on Lake Lanier, owned a mini-horse farm, and now live in a cozy subdivision in Cumming with my husband. I have a long connection to this community and the people who call it home. More importantly, I know the local real estate market and how to navigate it successfully.

Sherry might not be in Youtube to promote Real State like some but we honestly don't think will get this house without her perseverance reaching out to the seller, she can easily walk away and move on to look for another house but with ALL the phone calls and text in weird hours timeframe really made a difference for us...we will always cherished the process and experienced getting this house with Sherry...Thank You!
