The worst Real Estate experience ever. Wound up costing me 10,000 dollars because she was too lazy to check thing out for me. When I protested about the condition of the house, she said she would contact the selling agent. Never heard back from him and neither one of the would show up for a walk through. Did not get any of my Earnest money back. The house was a pig sty and never would have bought it if I had seen a video instead of doctored pictures. Beware, luckily found some good local agents in the Geneva area and found the perfect house.

I started with Virginia in January, this was my first time buying a home. So everything was new to me. I only had an idea of what I kind of wanted so I feel like Virginia showed me a million houses, but she was very patient with me. She is very personable and always has a smile on her face. Virginia was very easy to get a hold of; by phone, text, and email. She also has an amazing team that made this whole journey as easy as it could get. The home I finally closed on is perfect and everything that I wanted. She definitely knows what she is doing and is good at it. I would highly recommend Virginia to anyone looking to buy a home.

Virginia showed me 30+ homes in a very short period of time due to circumstances out of her control, and she always did so with a smile on her face. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing because I had never bought a house before, but she made me feel comfortable and always explained everything. It was a short sales, so it was very confusing. Virginia's knowledge of the area I was looking in helped me find the perfect house. She was always a text away, but if busy made sure she called me as soon as she could.
