Matt was awesome to work with. He was what a realtor should be. He helped my husband and I find and purchase a home in Western New York. It was difficult because we were moving from Spokane WA. Matt was there every step of the way. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about New York property laws which we were unfamiliar with. Matt did an amazing job with helping us purchase our beloved home.we were coming from a different county,and he furnished us with all the information we needed about the statistics of the area we were interested in He was always ready to schedule a showing any time we were interested in a house.Sometimes we felt that we were too much but he assured us that it was part of the process and that we would get a house with the features we wanted even if he had to show as as many as he could.He kept communication lines open so it was very easy to reach out.He even gave us referrals of lenders and concierges we would use if interested.He was able to guide us through the negotiation process and worked to get us the best deal within our plan.Needless to say amidst the frustrations of the hard housing market.Matthew walked with us with dedication and made the process worth the while and in him we made a friend.He was not only our agent but we were glad he crossed our path I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a house.
