Sonia Rivera did an excellent job of offering suggestions in getting our property ready to show after signing our contract with her. She had a photographer take photos to put up online, which really showed the upgrades made and grounds look outstanding.

Sonia Rivera made the process of suggesting and getting the house ready to show made it easy to work through the entire process. Everything went smoothly despite putting our home up for sale during winter.

The staff at Century 21 Desert Rock was always very helpful to answer questions if Sonia was unavailable or in a meeting. They relayed any messages to Sonia on our behalf so Sonia could get back to us in a timely manner.

My husband and I feel that we lucked out in selecting Sonia Rivera to handle the sale of our Adelanto, CA property. She was knowledgeable and professional in every way and she certainly knows her market. We had consulted another agent previously who was not very encouraging, but Sonia felt that a profitable sale was doable, and in fact probable. She was right! We received multiple offers, and in fact, we accepted a cash offer on a property that we had given up on ever selling. She was thorough and professional throughout the entire process; from first phone call to the close of escrow. She was more than patient in addressing our concerns and quickly responded to our never ending questions, either by phone, text or email. All in all, we are more than pleased with the level of service that Sonia has provided and will certainly call upon her when we next decide to sell our other properties. Sonia Rivera always returned our calls even after late night meetings or early the next morning. She was always making suggestions, which made us think about our choices. Sonia asked us what can't we live without, what could we let go. For us personally, it was location, location. Also, a few specifics, Sonia knew exactly what we were looking for and she researched properties to find the best choices.

Sonia's desire to find the best property for us showed in the many property listings she would provide us. Once we made a selection Sonia provided information on loan companies for us to consider. Her selections were great and we were able to provide all needed documentation for a pre-approval.
