From day one, her communication was exceptional—she kept me informed at every step, explained the process in a way I could easily understand, and always made me feel supported. Fran’s honesty and business savvy really stood out. She guided me through each part of the transaction with patience and professionalism, making sure I felt confident in every decision. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed; instead, I felt like I had a trusted advocate on my side who genuinely cared about my goals. “My realtor, Carlos Silva, was great! Not only did he help me with the process of selling my home but when things became rough towards the end he was able to assist in calming the situation. For example, he called a plumber for me and took care of the situation while I was completing my last-minute packing! It was the little things that meant a lot!”
