Sonia Rivera is by far the BEST OF THE BEST! My sister and I had to sell our dad’s house after his passing and needed to find a realtor familiar with selling a property within a trust. So glad my search ended with her as our real estate agent. From start to finish her professionalism, knowledge, experience, compassion, drive and focus to sell the house were beyond exceptional. Not only did we have several group phone calls but she set up a group text keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Any questions we had she responded immediately with an answer. We do not live local to the house so she was there to meet with the septic, termite and landscape companies which we greatly appreciated. She guided us throughout the sale of our dad’s house with ease and confidence. We can’t thank Sonia enough for all she's done to get our dad’s house sold in a timely matter. She's awesome!
