I have been doing real estate for almost 15 years as a full time agent, been top producer for almost all the years, my sales exceed 5 millions in sales a year as a solo agent. I have a habit of giving nice gifts to my clients at closing and more surprises, calendar and promotional items after closing for 5 years. I am very dedicated with my clients and patience, too. My most challenging client was one client that I showed him 94 houses because he was undecided and walked away 2 times from 2 contracts. Yes, you read that right.
