January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $594,500—down 20.73% over the previous 12 months. Falls Church had 27 new listings and 22 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 48—up 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
