Suzanne came very prepared for our first meeting. She was on time and very professional. She listened carefully to what my husband and I wanted to achieve with our home. Subsequent feedbacks and follow up were always when she said they would be. We felt understood and looked after.

We were particularly pleased with Suzanne’s negotiating skills and felt she was looking out for our best interests. It was definitely not a “let’s get a sale at any price” approach which we have encountered when dealing with other realtors in the past.

We had a unique situation with clearing the title for the sale and transfer of the title. Suzanne was flexible and willing to work with us so the sale could be completed. Although a difficult and delicate situation, which resulted in delays in the closing process, Suzanne worked with us and kept the buyers agent informed.
