Tammy helped me during the beginning of the Covid pandemic. We had to extend the contract on the home I was selling because the buyer was a dental assistant, and they had been sent home and not working. For this reason, I had to ask to extend the contract of the home I was buying. She was able to keep me calm and worked with the other agent to get my contract extended. Both sides closed and I am very happy in my new home. Even though no one had dealt with selling real estate during a global pandemic, she was quick to get me over the bumps.
