As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had met several realtors before we got in touch with Tanner Pack. Our prior experiences with realtors were off-putting. They were either to forceful with pressuring us to make an offer or we could barely get them on the phone because we weren’t “important buyers”.
In contrast, Tanner was a patient and skilled listener so he was able to modify what homes he was showing us based on previous homes we visited.
During the entire closing process, Tanner let us decide what we were comfortable with doing. If we wanted his attention, he was available early in the morning or late at night with responses.
When the seller was being difficult, Tanner stayed optimistic and found elegant solutions that made all parties happy. Every Monday, he would message us with an updated status on homes or the closing process so we always knew what the next steps were. We could go on and on, but we recommend contacting him yourself and having a brief conversation.
