Danny has been diligently working for us, as a buyers agent, since we first communicated and continues even after closing, tying up loose ends with the Seller. He made sure we were aware of all the properties available within our requirements, daily! His communication skills are strong. His expediency in presenting our offer and response time with counters and requests during the "under contract/discovery" phase was key in our getting the deal we wanted and closing on time! Danny is an Incredible gentleman and a professional. He is not only a blessing to many but a has a big heart. His words are kept and you can trust him 100%. He is an extraordinary human being. He is super respectful and he does so not because he is compelled to do so because of his job duties, but rather does so because he is born to value people. Danny , i love you so much and I see you as my family and best friend. Danny was very open-minded and eventhough i had no idea what i was talking about during the buying process he still respected my opinion and actually follow my lead in making some of the decisions. Danny recommended a lender and even though I asked that we hear from another lender he was open to that with open mind and open heart. We ended up with an unbelievable interest rate that no other lender believes was possible. I will ever remain to be your business partner and will send many people your way including all my siblings that are about to graduate from university come next year.
