I’ve invested in many homes before and had many experiences from many Agents. Tara is the best! She was referred to me and not only negotiated an even better deal than expected, she stayed involved throughout the process, even questioned an appraisal that would have nixed the sale by offering the seasoned appraiser a list of updated rental incomes for our beachfront which saved the deal from a lending prospective! We are waiting to purchase another property soon that was brought to our attention by Tara!
