Piney Green had 39 new listings and 38 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 106—up 0.95% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 106 active listings, 16.98% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Piney Green grew 3.23% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $320,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
