My name is Taurus Parker, and I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas, specifically in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. I have lived in San Antonio for over 10 years, so I am very familiar with each side of town.

A little about myself: I'm a California native and a prior veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. I was part of one of the most cohesive cultures (U.S. Army) for 7 years. During my time in service, I was stationed both overseas and here in the homeland, so I am very accustomed to diversity and take pride in working with different cultures and nationalities from across the world.

I was honorably discharged from the United States Army and later graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing. To make a positive impact within my community and guide families through the buying and selling process, I became a licensed Realtor in 2020.

Since then, I have successfully assisted many motivated buyers and sellers during these unpredictable market trends.

Purchasing your first home can sometimes be a bit complex due to the moving parts behind the scenes. This can be overwhelming for any first-time homebuyer; however, I have a great skill set and the ability to slow down the home buying process, creating less anxiety for my clients.

In this day and age, many Realtors are virtual; however, I am not. I have an office location, so if communicating in person is important to you, we can meet face to face to discuss your home purchasing needs. I have plenty of resources and tools to help any buyer accurately personalize and narrow down a home search to fit their needs and budget. I have a dependable team of highly skilled vendors, lenders, inspectors, title companies, credit repair specialists, new construction builder affiliates, landscapers, and handymen—all essential components when purchasing your first home to make the process much easier.

My expertise and knowledge of the latest market trends create opportunities to help my clients attain incentives based on current interest rates and the pace of the market. I have strong negotiating skills to help produce a win/win outcome.
