Kelley was amazing. We had a realtor before her and in the 6 months we had about 15 showing and only 1 offer that was $15,000 under asking price. Then that offer feel through.
Within less than 1 week we had 8 showing with Kelley. We had 3 offers within 2 weeks. We’re under contract to sell within the same month. We sold our home for $5,000 over the asking price within the same month she had listed it for us.
She took amazing pictures and even had a 3D walk through of our home. She is very knowledgeable. She always responds to emails, text messages, and phone calls right away.
