From the moment we initially called Steven, he was very responsive in finding out what we were looking for in a house, neighborhood, and what price range to stay within. Once this information was given to him, he promptly found us potential houses to look at. If we needed to add some more to our "look" list, he was very accommodating; plus he was patient with us as we went from house to house.
