Tom was very helpful when looking at houses and had valuable insight as to worth and longevity of homes. In addition the rest of their team was helpful and quick to respond and move the closing process along. NOTE: I was shown their services through Navy Federals Reality Plus and I'm glad they did. If they are still around if/when I am planning on either selling or buying again I will definitely ask for their services again.

Tom and JoAnn are kind and patient. They know the area and market so well, every single house we want to see, Tom would have detailed paperwork ready and showed us as soon as possible. We are glad to have them helping us purchase the house.They are even getting involved with every single detail, like showed up at home inspection, roof replacing , etc until the house was closed.
