I had either just stepped outside our front door or I had just pulled in when I saw her walking in front of our house and she was smiling and carrying corn 🌽 husks. The kind you see in the market during fall season. So I said hello and she smiled and introduced herself as Abbey our neighborhood realtor and that she's, "all ears!" Hence, the corn 🌽 husks.
