Thor's initial "pitch" was very professional and he was exceptionally responsive even before we locked in the client / agent relationship.

Thor Sorensen has great knowledge of the local market, and once we determined our needs and price range, he provided many choices to us. He provided excellent advice along the way, everything from market conditions and financing questions, to all details throughout the transaction, including contacts for getting utilities started, etc. Thor was always available to answer questions, whether by phone, text, or email and responded promptly. We felt we never had to worry about any details during our purchase because he always had our best interests in mind. His attention to detail was outstanding.
