Thor really went over and beyond helping us with our purchase especially since we were out of town purchasing. He had very good referrals for all the contractors/ workers we needed to get the house ready for us to move in! He was also very available responding to our questions in very timely fashion. Thor was a CRITICAL part in helping me get my home sold! He was there and involved from step A to step Z! I cannot stress how much easier he made the whole transaction or how much time he put in making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend his services and am very thankful I used him!

I'm a first time home buyer so I had to learn a lot about the process but thankfully Thor and his team were great. Thor was always there to help me and answer any questions I had including answering text messages from me every time I had to sign paper work, to ask him what things meant. Cant thank him enough.

I had the opportunity to work with Thor first on the buy-side of the transaction and, a year later, on the sell side. He works for you, very knowledgeable about the market, and gets things done. Out of all of the real estate transactions that I have done in my life, Thor has been the best.

I had Thor recommended to me by someone I trusted. He was always friendly, polite and patient, answering all my questions, not questioning my responses. When I first met with him, he already had an idea about a valuation for the house that was reasonable and also designed to sell. My husband and I were so impressed with Thor Sorensen when we first met with him. He came very prepared with printed pamphlets of our home history and other sales in the area. He proved help in every step of the process and highly recommend him because he is knowledgeable in the local area and all processing along with selling our home. He set up or photography within a few days of first meeting with him. Definitely use Thor if you are selling or buying your home in the Oceanside/Carlsbad area. A++++
