Tina was attentive, gracious, and tenacious for us when necessary. Our process took a while because we lost a short sale home after 40 days with just 3 days left before closing, the bank denied our offer that late in the game! Then we lost a 2nd and 3rd home in bidding wars. Our 4th and final contract took almost 2 whole months to close with multiple delays along the way. Throughout the process Tina communicated with us often, she followed up with unresponsive sellers agents, our unresponsive lender, and lawyers on both sides. It’s hard to imagine our dream of home openers hip coming to fruition without a special realtor like Tina.
