Lake Zurich had 17 new listings and 19 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 33—up 26.92% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
Of those 33 active listings, 15.15% reduced their price in the month of January. The median listing price for homes in Lake Zurich fell 13.53% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $498,000. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to fall.
