Todd was wonderful to work with from the start! We had met him at an Open House. We weren't really looking to buy at that moment, but still wanted to check out the property. Todd took the time that day to explain to us, in detail, a lot about the home buying process and even set us up with a personal portal to look at homes with our preferences that were for sale. The portal was definitely useful, but it wasn't yielding the results we were looking for. A week or so later, we received an email for a property that wasn't even on the public market yet that Todd thought would be a perfect fit for us. We were quick to schedule a time, and the next day we were looking at the home and making an offer! Only the second couple to even look at this house! Todd even recommended us a lender, as we had yet to find one (or actively look), and he was also very excellent in this process. From that moment on, Todd was there every step of the way to help us land this home!
