Being a first-time home buyer and a person who easily gets stressed out, I can say without a doubt that Todd Biedermann made the process of buying a home as stress-free as possible for me. It can feel overwhelming at times with the new knowledge you have to retain, but Todd is very good at making you feel at ease. He fully explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. One of the things I really value about Todd is that when I forgot how a process worked or couldn't remember what he had told me before, he patiently and happily answered my question again. I had about a million questions, and he had an answer to all of them right on the spot. He also pointed things out in various homes that I should take note of that I never would have even thought about, and that was very helpful. I was just so impressed at how much he knew about home ownership, and I quickly realized that he is expert when it comes to being a realtor.
