He helped us get more than we expected for the home, he was engaged with us the entire time and even worked hard for the buyer since he represented both. Todd went out of his way to do what was needed for my house to make settlement happen.Example, he made phone calls to people whom could do minor repairs that were needed as well as himself taking time out to do a few adjustments replacing equipment to that was important and needed to be done when my people weren’t able to.

Todd Sell is great. From the beginning of my experience up until closing, I was very impressed with the way Todd handled everything. Any questions or concerns that came up were quickly answered and follow ups never had to be handled by "getting back to me", he could handle everything we threw at him. He had everything in line for both our purchase and sale in which we wouldn't communicate for a few days, but didn't need to as all our paperwork and such was all in order. Any issues or remediation with our house that came up, he would approach it in a way that wouldn't add onto the stress of things. He would already have a plan or idea on what needed to be done to tackle these things. I have heard how some other people have been treated with other agents in Berks County, but there is not 1 thing I could note that Todd needs to improve on. He was 100% amazing, caring and understanding of how stressful this situation can be for a seller/purchaser, and quite simply, knew his stuff. I feel that it is hard to come by people who simply know the answers to what can be considered easy questions at times, but Todd never flinched no matter how strange of questions I came up with and that says something to his experience and expertise in this field.

Todd Sell is a very professional Realtor. He helped us with putting a value to our house, which he was right on target. If you are looking to buy give Todd Sell a call. He is very easy to work with.

Todd even hepled with cleanup of property at times, something I'm sure most realtors don't do and his paperwork skills were great in making all that a breeze as well. Plus he is just a good down to earth guy who is more than a realtor to me, he is now my friend and I value that as a big positive from all the dealings with buying and selling in the past couple of months
