The property had a property line dispute with the neighbors wall / Survey and it took some extra weeks to resolve before selling but Todd did his best to help things get through the issues .

Todd and Colton Sell responded immediately to my need to see this property.
The appointment was made and we all walked the 8 acres to check it out. There was a very easy preparation of the agreement and signatures needed.
The property settlement was handled very well by Debbie at Safeguard Property Transfer, the in house title company.
