Todd had a good plan on selling my house to include price he felt would draw a good response. The plan worked out very well as an offer was on the table just about immediately. Excellent planning and knowledge of the market in my area.

Todd is absolutely top notch. I would recommend him to everyone. He has helped me over the past couple years buy 2 houses amd sell 3 houses. There are no stupid questions. He will answer them all. He is very timely with getting the info of He don't have it. He knocked thsi last one out of the park and we settled in record time. Todd and Colton Sell responded immediately to my need to see this property.
The appointment was made and we all walked the 8 acres to check it out. There was a very easy preparation of the agreement and signatures needed.
The property settlement was handled very well by Debbie at Safeguard Property Transfer, the in house title company.
This was not a high money deal but I feel I was treated as if it was. I was very happy and will have many good family memories to come.
