I have appreciated working with this agent. She is great! She has been "through the mill" with me. She has been kind and considerate and has stuck it out, (my contract has been around three months from signing to closing), and I can honestly recommend her. She has never been pushy, and has told me all the info throughout that she knew.....I respect that she has been honest and forthright throughout the whole deal! In this field, I've dealt with more dishonest agents then honest ones, but she is one I know I could use again. I'm sure it had to be frustrating for her. I'm a first time home buyer and I know I asked many questions. I would give her a "thumbs up" for sure! Thanks Toni, for all your patience and kindness!

If you are actively looking to find a home without having a pushy agent, Toni Bean is the lady for you! A few month's ago I was looking for a home right before my wedding, so I was in a bit of a rush to find something on time. I emailed and texted another guy, but never heard back from him. I went on Zillow again and Toni popped up on the list of agents and I said "why not?". I sent her a text message and she responded within 15 minutes! Since then Toni worked with us intently around our schedule (even around her softball games:), until we found "the house". She never complained or hesitated about any of the 5 or so houses we looked at. She was pretty chill through out the process and made it convenient for us. We even got a wedding present from her. :-) . Satisfied customer right here.

We have been dealing with Toni and we are very happy. She is very professional and will do anything to make us feel comfortable. No real pressure, very thorough and quick with an answer. We were extremely pleased, from beginning to end. We would hardly recommend Toni to friends and relatives.
