I chose Tracy Thomas to be my agent because of her area-specific experience and extensive sales record. The house itself was previously a rental and needed a lot of work and was already a difficult sell given the age, location, layout, and other factors. I live in another state and had to rely on her to assist with contractors to get quotes and ensure repairs, to prepare the property for sale, list the property, negotiate contract terms, and assist with the closing. I also wanted the house listed with all of the major real estate websites which Tracy had already planned without my needing to ask. Most of all, I needed the house to sell quickly.

Tracy was helpful from the start until the finish and was very confident that she could sell this property in a timely fashion. The house was repaired thanks to her recommendations/referrals and then prepared for sale in a short time and was not on the market long before going under contract.

I counted on Tracy and was not disappointed and recommend her to anyone that needs to buy or sell a property in Louisiana. Thanks again Tracy!
