Tracy took a keen interest in my needs from the start. I have animals and I wanted at least an acre of land for my animals. We searched for 6 weeks and found two homes that met my needs, but the inspection report came back bad with the seller not willing to make the necessary repairs. I felt discouraged and Tracy said, 'don't give up. We will keep searching until we find you a home! Finally, on our third attempt I got a deal better than the first two with all closing costs covered plus extra money to repair the house. All of this could not have happened without Tracy as my century 21 agent. She was professional and considerate of all my needs. Anybody would be lucky to have her as their agent.

Finally, a home better than the previous two appeared on the listing. I immediately took to this home
