I was very overwhelmed with the sale of my mom's house after her passing. The house was filled with stuff from my parents living in it for 50 years. With a full time job of my own, I couldn't find the time to clean it out myself. I called Tracy and told her that I needed to sell, but couldn't find the time to get it cleaned out. She took her long list of contacts and set up a guy to clean it out for me. He was AWESOME! Cleaned the house out in 2 weekends to get it on the market fast. Put it on the market on a Monday and had a full price offer by Wednesday. Now that's fast! Tracy is, by far, the BEST in the field! She knows what she is doing, and, if I ever buy or sell again, I will definitely will use her again! Thanks for finding my forever home!
