My sister, and I couldn't get a hold of our father, we were both quite a few kilometres away to check on him. my sister found a number for what she thought was the strata and called the strata, it turns out the strata was Michael Thorne. Michael had sold properties in my father's housing complex, which is why his number was easily found.

Michael had no affiliation with the Strada, but in the middle of November, he put on his flip-flops and ran over to my father's house, not knowing anything about us as he was just around the corner.

Our dad needed to go to the hospital and Michael was the first one on scene, again having never seen our faces.
