She has an eye for seeing the house through a buyer's eye, and was careful to showcase improvements we had made. Our house sold in one day! We used Victoria again to purchase a lot to build our next home. Because of her efficiency, the sale was done quickly and without any problems. Victoria and team did an OUTSTANDING job of selling our home! From the time we said "go", they executed flawlessly. Victoria's knowledge of the local market is second to none and the pricing strategy was spot on. They did an amazing job of marketing the home....the pictures were phenomenal. Much interest was generated. From the signing of the listing agreement, the house was under contract 8 days later. Throughout the process, all legal documentation was accurately and efficiently completed, and the team was incredibly responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to use Victoria and the Luxion Team again.

Victoria and her team did outstanding job in helping me selling my house. My house needed some work and she assembled team that took care of every aspect from paint, floors, staging, etc. She supervised every issue and made sure that thing done correctly. Victoria knowledge in the local market is second to none . House was sold within few days of listing . I have dealt with few agents before , but she is exceptional .
