Our new construction purchase had some cracked concrete on the front step, we were prepared to take a certain dollar amount and Wendy came back with more money than we were going to settle for! She was an excellent advocate for us when dealing with this builder. Closing took a little over 2 months because of how hard they were to deal with, but Wendy assured us to stick with it and get what we want and deserve.
Wendy worked many nights and weekends to get us our house! We weren't always the easiest to deal with and were very picky buyers, Wendy remained patient and professional the entire time.
The only problems with the sale process were due to the seller/builder. Again, Wendy helped us navigate the purchase when things felt bleak.
