Wendy made the entire process of selling/buying our home.

We found Wendy via the Iowa Realty app and couldn't have got luckier. Her knowledge and skill in the real estate business has been second to none. Wendy was available anytime of the day to answer the smallest questions to make our selling/buying processes superb! Most importantly, she put our concerns/needs first in regard to selling/building our first home.

We requested information on Hubbell's website and Wendy answered the request. This was the second time we ran into Wendy but the other was to look at a CCS built home. She was very helpful and proved she was a go getter to us. So we hired her. It was a very good decision.
