My name is Wyatt Morton with Keller Williams. I work with my Wife Abby Morton. I have been an agent for almost three years now. With last year being my first year being full time. Me and my wife closed over 30 transactions. I generally work with a lot of investors, because i have a background in Accounting. Prior to real estate i Graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and I Audited financial statements for the Real Estate Sector. This has helped me gain knowledge and insight to helping investors find high quality properties.

I also grew up in the Great Smoky Mountains(GSM) for 20 years. The GSM had over 14.2 Million visitors last year and is one of the hottest STR markets in the country . With my Accounting degree and knowledge of the area, there isn’t many that can compete with my expertise.
